5. I had this idea for a Mage's Rod that granted +2 to water-related spells, so it was, of course, related to water. I imagined an anchor with a lantern hanging off it. Ta da!

6. The electric counterpart to 5. I had this idea for a big, pull-cord generator-thing about halfway down the shaft, and one of those glowing mad science ring things at the head.
