Homestuck wank!

The creator, Andrew Hussie, announced the eight lead characters are aracial, and were supposed to be from the start.
Everyone thought they were white.
So now we have one of those arguments on the MSPA forums where one really pissed off person starts making sardonic responses to people who disagree with them. This person is also waving around their race card every five minutes.
(My race card I keep in a locked cabinet, and requires two men with keys to release it. I just use one hand and my toes.)
And, naturally, people keep informing her(?) that she should try not being a jerk to everyone, and that she has gotten much better responses when she explains things calmly.
Her response is to say that Hussie wasn't nice, so she doesn't have to be nice.
People reminded her that it's his comic, and he was acting in exactly the same fashion he normally does.
Also, Hussie corrected a reference or two that seemed to be referring to white kids. Keep in mind that Homestuck is in the thousands of pages. He most likely slipped up a few times.
Of course, the wanker is calling him "disingenuous". They're weasel-wording around saying he's a liar. See also "don't believe what you're saying" and "I never said that" in the annals of not-exactly dishonest Internet debating techniques.
Of course, the wanker has no problem assuming she's talking to white people, since POCs couldn't possibly disagree with her. She also has no problem making it about Hussie's opinion being valued over hers because she's black and he's white, when people have explained to her exactly how that's not the case.
And the fandom on tumblr is more talking about the wank and going "bwuh"? than actually wanking.
I seriously can't believe over a creator giving them more freedom in their interpretation of the characters, and they complained about it.
EDIT: And she busted out "dismissive". In Internets, this is code for "doesn't agree with me". For it to be used as a pejorative implies the opinions in question are inherently worthy of examination. In other words, it's trying to say all right-thinking people should take your opinion seriously. Ironically, it's most likely to be used by those prone to dismissing the opinions of others.
Also, others pointed out that the wanker is herself a person of color, and said she acts culturally white, yet she's complaining nothing in the comic really indicated the kids weren't white.
Her response to the question of what would've indicated was to say there are "little things in the way the character reacts with the world that address the issue of race".
Except that Hussie says he writes them aracial, as best as he can. So writing them with specific racial indicators would violate that. The Western cultural default is white, and they've always been drawn with white skin and speak English, so most people assumed they're white.
I always love it when people say there should be X indicating Y, but can't really come up with examples of X.
EDIT 2: And now they've made a comparison to Steve Urkel or Carlton Banks. Considering there was a plotline on Fresh Prince specifically about how he was being discriminated against by the leader of a black frat because he didn't "act black", and he points out his racial identity is not how he acts, it's who he is, that was probably not a good comparison to make.
I am also trying to recall even a single time Steve Urkel's race came up. Maybe it would help if they played Family Matters on TBS.
Also, Hussie edited a bit where a character referred to themselves as white into gibberish.
EDIT 3: Sociological definition of racism has been broken out. The one about systemic prejudice only being racism, except the person is using it as the actual definition. Under this definition, it is impossible for minorities to be racist in Western culture, since white people hold most of the power. They also said one Supreme Court judge's remarks on 24 were those of the entire Supreme Court.
Also, the wanker has started doing that thing where they respond sardonically to sticky questions about their position (while insisting they're totes not angry)said that one petty thing that bothered her about The Dark Tower was how the black character's hair care was not mentioned after months of travelling in the desert.
They also didn't mention her menstruation, at least in the books in the series I read, but I don't think that makes King a sexist.
