She's still at it, except she's moved to Wordpress. Here's an excerpt from her post on a firefighter group sex scandal.
Sports players are almost expected to be involved in these sort of scandals nowadays, unfortunately. When a group of public servants abuses their power, it's generally considered more shocking.
Female rape victims are given a lot more sympathy than male, even when they actually aren't. Most male rape and abuse isn't reported, just like with women, but the numbers are supposedly even higher.
There's also a post where she seems to have taken a debate about race and turned it into one about gender. If I'm not mistaken, a black woman named Jennifer joined a white feminists group(?), and turned out to be completely insane. Much like Allecto, in fact. She can't even keep her stories straight about whether she was quit or fired, and the woman leading the group says that she actively started wanks with people on Facebook, and joined the organization just to talk people's ear off about all the jerks on Facebook. She was also personally offended over not being invited to the founder's birthday party.
This is a grown woman.
The darkly ironic bit is that Allecto's change from race to gender doesn't actually make it seem any different. The organization leader still seems innocent and reasonable. Allecto is saying that the leader's characterization of Jennifer has "no basis in reality", despite the fact that said leader worked with her for an extended period of time, and the fact that Allecto has likely never met Jen in person.
There's also a trend of blaming the leader for not reaching out to Jen. There's a difference between compassion and realizing someone is nuts. Why, exactly, should the leader have to go out of her way to help someone with serious issues, especially when there's every chance she would just turn on her too? And why are people saying it's awful for Jen having people discuss her sanity publicly? Jen's the one who chose to make it public! Both Allecto and Jen seem to have issues with women being labeled as having personality disorders because they don't fit societal mores. While no one's force-feeding suffragettes anymore, this doesn't mean they're necessarily wrong. Except that Allecto is just plain nuts, and I strongly suspect Jen is cut from similar cloth. There seems to be a tendency to protest about these labels only once they've been applied to you, and Jen's post opens several paragraphs protesting about how those white feminists are always keeping sistas down.
Also, did she just make up the word "tokenistically"?

One, it is a well known fact that groups of men in dangerous occupations tend to have sex with each other. The men making claims of abuse, knowingly and willing entered into a hazardous occupation which was, and still is, male dominated. What did they think was going to happen? Cup cakes and Kumbayah? In my opinion, they are exactly the same; in fact the women raped by footballers suffered far more than the fire fighters did in this recent sexual abuse case. Why is it that women getting gang-raped by footballers is reported as a ‘sex scandal’ but when something similar happens to a man it is ‘horrific abuse’?I like how she can't finish a sentence without contradicting herself. It's exactly the same, but the women suffered more. Pick one.
