Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed that, and it's kind of relieving that it came from another woman.

The only thing I would add is that (supposedly) sometimes, women get dressed up not for men's attention, but to compete against other women. I think if I had to analyze myself, I'd fall into that category rather than the "want men's attention" category. I don't often get dressed up with makeup and everything, but when I do, I'm usually more worried about what other women will think of me ("Ew, she looks so frumpy / Why is she dressed weird") than what other men will think.
