They also complained about the historical/practical accuracy of the corsets. In a Disney movie. And I know for a fact that they have done a fair bit of research on historical accuracy of Disney movies (http://shoomlah.deviantart.com/gallery/29648049); i.e. there ain't much. It's not like this is even the first Disney movie to use the trope (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/OfCorsetHurts), and it may even be a reference to the Pirates series.

Also, the vikings never had dragons, much less highly-marketable ones (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0892769/). It's almost as if these are all cartoon movies for kids!
