I note this isn't actually an anime parody. It's a parody of anime stereotypes, which is just lazy. It means it's liked primarily by the people who hate the thing being parodied, instead of it's fans, and there are usually more of the latter(see Scream, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, the early works of Terry Pratchett) I can think of a half dozen of the most popular anime ever that don't even close to fit the pattern here*.
