The sci-fi fave suffered from low ratings the first season but was renewed for a second season in response to its cult following. Unfortunately, a cult following doesn’t equal a hit. FOX ordered 13 episodes this season but only aired four. Dollhouse went on hiatus shortly thereafter and then was given the axe. The remainder of the episodes will begin airing on December 4.
